Bakugan Battle Brawlers The Hit Holiday Game
Bakugan Battle Brawlers is based on a highly popular Anime series in Japan. It is a card game that includes collectible figures that is fun to play with others. This is THE hottest, best selling combination toy/game for the 2009 holiday season.
At first glance, the rules may seem a tad complex, but are easily understood after a few rounds. Basically, players sit across from each other and place Bakugan Gate Cards on the battle board. Then each player, in turn, rolls their Bakugan onto the board. If the Bakugan rolls across a gate card it opens automatically and is ready for battle.
Each player begins with three Bakugan Battle Brawlers, Gate Cards, and Ability Cards And that’s just the beginning. As you become better and better at the game, you can add things such as a trap to create an even more fun and exciting gaming experience. Point value is assigned to your Brawler, and you can add value to your Brawler with your Gate Cards.
The battle begins when two Battle Brawlers meet on the same Gate Card. Points from your Brawler, Gate Cards and Ability Cards are added together. Special text on the Cards can change the rules in a normal game. After that’s finished, the winning player for that battle gets the Gate Card, and the Brawlers are discarded into a pile. Then the player whoobtains 3 cards first wins the game!
There’s a vast array of different Gate Cards, Ability Cards and Traps, to go along with over one hundred different Bakugan Battle Brawlers. This allows for endless variety during play, not to mention the skill needed to get your Bakugan to land on top of the Gate Card.
Are you ready for some serious fun this holiday season? This is a great game for the family to play together or with other children, as it’s interactive and face to face, without the use of a computer screen, or a hand held gaming system. Forget online games, this awesome board game will have your kids playing and interacting for hours on end, way past Christmas morning =)
